DAMIN made full use of the famous green tea resources in China. The raw tea materials were all finely selected from various styles of green tea, such as steamed green tea, pan-fried green tea and heat-fried green tea, which were then extracted at low temperature, followed with the membrane condensation and freeze-drying, where the oxidation during processing was minimized. Thus, the green tea’s fresh and brisk flavors were mostly preserved, and ideally, most of its original characters remained. The final instant tea powders are green or yellow in color. The tea liquor is clear and bright with fresh taste and full-bodied fragrance. They have been widely applied in ice green tea, honey green tea, sencha and others.
